Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t feel quite right.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they arrived — unworn, unused, with tags intact and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
*Please note that the return shipping fee is set at SGD5 and will be deducted from the refund.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll share a return shipping label along with gentle guidance on how to send your parcel back to us.
Please note that items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues
Please take a moment to inspect your order upon arrival.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, let us know as soon as possible so we can make things right with care and fairness.

Some pieces are made with intention and therefore cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
To keep things simple and swift, we recommend returning your item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the piece you love.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, no explanation needed.
Returned items must remain unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and carefully inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
